Notice: We regret that due to the renovations of Kent Towers parking lot, we are not able to serve you during our regular hours. Regular hours resume in July.

Appointments

Clients are encouraged to schedule their appointments well in advance to ensure that requests can be accommodated. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure a leisurely introduction to the Spa. If you must cancel, change or move your appointment for any reason, we ask that you please do so within 48 hours of the scheduled time and day. If you do not notify us in 24 hours in advance the Spa will charge your credit card 50% of the value of the service(s) reserved.Read about our policies here.

Door Bell Access : Ring the doorbell and we will buzz you in. For your security, the door is always locked.

Parking - Underground parking around the corner on Laurier. City lot is on Glocester between Bank and Kent.

2 hour street parking on Glocester.

Free Parking on Saturday and after 5:30 pm at parking meters and city parking lots. The most vacant 2 hr spots can be found on Gloucester.
