Therapeutic Swedish Massage
- relaxes muscle tension and allows heart rate, blood pressure and circulation
to return to normal, acts on the nervous system to counteract the body's
response to stress. The relief will last for days.
Deep Tissue - A massage
that relieves muscle tension and knots. Helps to increase blood and
lymph circulation, to oxygenate and flush toxins from the body.
Sports Massage involves
stretching and pressure and is a good choice before or after an activity
like golf, tennis or running. Trigger point therapy, Myofascial Release
(MFR), Lymphatic drainage and/or TMJ Massage (temporomandibular joint)
as required.

smooth, heated basalt stones and massage techniques, the effect is a
very soothing treatment, relaxing the body and mind at its deepest level.
Anti-Cellulite Massage

This deep tissue massage reduces the viscosity of the subcutaneous fat layer which in turn, facilitates blood flow, and clears out the lymph cells of the toxic fatty deposits which cause the appearance of the 'orange peel' look. RMT insurance receipts are available for this treatment.
Drink 2 liters of water a day and follow a regular exercise programme in between your anti-cellulite massages and you will be rewarded with a soft, supple, young-looking skin for many years. This is a non-insurable treatment.
